Our Clothes Closet, located in our SSVdP Center at 410 South College, is open to the public. Clothing and other items are provided directly to the needy, ill, elderly, and children under the age of 18. Donations of gently-used clothes are received at our center where they are sorted, sized, and organized by volunteers. The clothing is then distributed to the needy in an equitable manner, on a first-come, first-served basis, without regard to race, color, creed, religion, disability, age, national origin, political beliefs, or sex of the people we serve. The people we serve are not required to attend a religious or political meeting, make a statement of faith, pledge membership to any religious or political organization, pay any fee, or agree to work in exchange for receiving clothing.
